- Professional personal care including:
- Bathing and Dressing, ambulation, assistance with meals, medication supervision/ administration.
- Facility Doctor does "House Calls."
- Chart maintained from admission to discharge - physician's orders; progress notes; vital signs; lab work; nursing notes; history and physical; admission application; dietician notes; consultations.
- Registered Nurse on Staff. Daily Nursing assessment including: vital signs, as needed; lab work drawn and delivered to lab.
- Hospice patients are welcome.
- Respite Care available.
- Planned activities.
- Pharmacy delivers medications daily.
- Personal Laundry and Housekeeping Services.
- Outside Beautician and Barber Services.
- Three balance meals and snacks daily. Room Delivery if medically indicated.
- Private cable and telephone in each room is available.
